Q: WHAT IS DRIVERS GRATUITY? A: WE ADD THE MINIMUM SUGGESTED DRIVERS GRATUITY. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO TIP YOUR DRIVER ADDITIONAL GRATUITY AT THE END OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT MY RESERVATION TO BE EXTENDED DURING MY RENTAL? A: IN MOST CASES YOU ARE ABLE TO EXTEND YOUR RESERVATION AS LONG AS YOU LIKE. THE CHARGES WILL CONTINUE AT THE CONTRACTED AMOUNT. IF YOU PAYED WITH CASH OR CHECK, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY OVERTIME CHARGES TO DRIVER AT THE END OF THE RUN OR IF YOU PAYED WITH A CREDIT CARD, IT WILL BE CHARGED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
